REGISTRATION FOR THE EUROEPI 2009 CONGRESS HAS BEEN CLOSED.

Registration fee covers:

• participation in all conference lectures and sessions at the venue,
• a free copy of the conference abstracts,
• coffee/tea and lunch for all conference days,
• welcome reception at the University of  Warsaw on Wednesday, 26 August 2009.

Registration fee for accompanying person covers:

•  welcome reception at the University of  Warsaw on Wednesday, 26 August 2009.

A restricted number of competitive Bursaries for people from low-income countries and Scholarships for people from European countries classified as middle-income economies will be available. More information here...

All payments should be made in EURO. You may choose between two ways of payment, credit card payment or bank transfer.  In case of payment by bank transfer, all bank charges have to be paid by sender. In case of payment by credit card 3.4% charge will be added to the total sum.
Please indicate on your conference registration form how you wish to pay.

Please note that the registration fee does not include your hotel accomodation.

Cancellations are accepted only in writing. A notice of cancellation must be sent to Congress Secretariat via fax +48 22 3277325, no later than 15 June 2009 to receive a full refund.
Registrations cancelled after 15 June 2009 will have 50% of the registration fee refunded.  Registrations cancelled after 7 August 2009 cannot be refunded.
