Our conference has been finished.
 
I would like to thank you for having the courage to come to Warsaw and the very friendly scientific atmosphere you have built up during our meeting.
 
I would like to thank Jorn Olsen for motivating us to organize IEA-EEF Regional Meeting in Poland and sharing with us ideas concerning position of epidemiology and epidemiologists in contemporary research.
 
I would like to thank Keynote speakers: Andrzej Krolewski, Michel Coleman, Johan Giesecke, Diana Kuh and Andrzej Zielinski for accepting the invitation and excellent lectures on  important topics in today epidemiology. 
 
I would like to thank Andrzej Galecki, Diederick E. Grobbee, Jos Twisk, Tadeusz Dyba, Eero Pukkala and Michel Coleman for teaching us difficult and up-to-date methods during congress seminars.
 
I would like to express my gratitude to members of the Scientific Committee for continuous support during conference preparation and timely abstract evaluation as well as to all sessions moderators.
 
I would like to thank members of the Organizing Committee, and especially Ewa Mierzejewska for keeping up a high standard of the conference organization.
 
The valuable input of all Euroepi2009 Congress Participants has contributed to the positive impressions from our meeting.
