Hotel accommodation has been pre-booked at favorable rates for conference participants in 4 hotels,
which are shown in the table and on the map below.
The cost of hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fee. You are free to choose another hotel.
If you wish to make a reservation in one of these pre-booked hotels, complete one of the enclosed reservation forms (different form for each hotel),
which allows you to receive the discount.
Then return the form to the selected hotel by e-mail or fax (e-mail addresses and fax numbers are given on the forms).
You can be asked for your credit card number as a guarantee.
Please note that only a limited number of rooms in each hotel has been reserved for EUROEPI participants.
Therefore we recommend making the hotel reservation at the time of registration.
The room block will be released for general sale after 7 August 2009 and after this date we will not be able to guarantee rooms' availability.
